Delivery and shipping charges

Orders for stock items are despatched within 24 hours of receipt or on the next working day allowing for week ends and public holidays. For parcel service deliveries within mainland UK (except for Islands) we charge £9.95 plus VAT for all shipments up to a nett value of £200. Above this value [excluding shipping charge] we offer free delivery within Mainland UK and use the most cost effective solution. For bulk shipments we aim to pack and ship the goods within 24 hours on an economy 1-2 day pallet service.

For orders over £200 in value to the areas indicated below we will quote on a like for like basis using the best carriage rates at the time.

As with all parcel carriers the point of delivery is to the first door of the address. Any subsequent transportation from this point is not included

In additon to the standard carriage charge of £9.95 additional charges will be added for destinations or express services as below

  • Next working day before midday within Mainland UK + £15.00
  • Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands + £15.00
  • Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands + £35

All prices are in £ Sterling ex works, exclusive of VAT

Please contact us for a quote for any area not covered in the above or for non standard delivery conditions. We always quote the best delivery cost based on the goods and delivery service required. Orders processed by midday are normally shipped the same day for next working day delivery within Mainland UK. If your order is required within 24 hours please call us to confirm the goods are in stock as our stock is continually changing 

Damages & Returns

Before signing for any goods please check the goods upon receipt and confirm that the number of parcels matches the consignment note

  • If there is any evidence of damage to the parcels please note this on the carriers delivery note or sign for as unchecked
  • Please inform us of any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours or as soon as practically possible

In the event of damage or the need for return of the goods please contact us first. We do not accept returned goods unless agreed in writing beforehand and a return address has been given. Please note our goods are stored at our central warehouse and not at our office address where return of goods is not accepted
