Delivery and shipping charges
Orders placed before 1pm for stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt or on the next working day allowing for weekends and public holidays. Some products may be stored on our external stock and these products we will deliver in 3-4 working days - you will be notified of this when placing the order.
For parcel service deliveries within mainland UK (excluding Islands) we charge £5.95 plus VAT for all shipments up to the value of £99 + VAT. Orders above £99 + VAT excluding shipping charges and tax have free next day delivery within Mainland UK. Some orders will not be eligible for next day delivery, however you will be advised of this when placing the order. For bulk orders, where a pallet delivery is required, the delivery will be completed within 3 working days.
As with all parcel carriers the point of delivery is to the first door of the address. Any subsequent transportation from this point is not included.
In addition to the standard carriage charge of £5.95 other destinations or express delivery will be as below

For orders over £99 net value free shipping is automated as a discount. No further discounts or offers can be combined with this.
Orders processed by midday are normally shipped the same day for next working day delivery within Mainland UK for products confirmed as in stock. If your order is required within 24 hours please call us to confirm the goods are in stock as our stock is continually changing.
Damages & Returns
Before signing for delivery please check the goods upon receipt and confirm the number of parcels matches the carriers consignment note. If there is evidence of damage to the parcels please note this on the carriers hand held terminal or sign for as "unchecked".
Please inform us of any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours or on the next working day.
In the event of damage or the need to return goods please contact us first. We do not accept returned goods unless agreed in writing beforehand and a return address has been given. Please note our goods are stored at our central warehouse and not at our office address.
