Delivery and shipping charges

Orders placed before 1pm for internal stock items are despatched within 24 hours of receipt or on the next working day allowing for weekends and public holidays. Some products may be stored on our external stock and these products we will deliver in 3-4 working days.  

For parcel service deliveries within mainland UK (excluding Islands) we charge £8.95 plus VAT for all shipments up to nett value £99. Orders above £99 excluding shipping charges and tax have free delivery within Mainland UK where we use the most cost effective method of delivery, generally within 3 days. For bulk orders of goods in stock we pack and ship within 24 hours on an economy 2 day pallet service.

For orders over £99 in value to the areas indicated below we will quote on a like for like basis using the best carriage rates at the time.

As with all parcel carriers the point of delivery is to the first door of the address. Any subsequent transportation from this point is not included.

Please contact us for a quote for any area not covered in the above or for non-standard delivery conditions. We always quote the best delivery cost based on the goods and delivery service required.

For orders over £99 net value free shipping is automated as a discount. No further discounts or offers can be combined with this. 

Orders processed by midday are normally shipped the same day for next working day delivery within Mainland UK for produicts confirmed as in stock. If your order is required within 24 hours please call us to confirm the goods are in stock as our stock is continually changing.

Damages & Returns

Before signing for delivery please check the goods upon receipt and confirm the number of parcels matches the carriers consignment note. If there is evidence of damage to the parcels please note this on the carriers hand held terminal or sign for as "unchecked".

Please inform us of any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours or on the next working day.
In the event of damage or the need to return goods please contact us first. We do not accept returned goods unless agreed in writing beforehand and a return address has been given. Please note our goods are stored at our central warehouse and not at our office address.
