Damages & Returns
Before signing for delivery please check the goods upon receipt and confirm the number of parcels matches the carriers consignment note. If there is evidence of damage to the parcels please note this on the carriers hand held terminal or sign for as "unchecked".
Please inform us of any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours or on the next working day.
In the event of damage or the need to return goods please contact us first. We do not accept returned goods unless agreed in writing beforehand and a return address has been given. Please note our goods are stored at our central warehouse and not at our office address.

1) Company/name on the order
2) Full delivery address
3) Order number
4) Photos of any damage/issues

Products which are made to order such as RAL finish, Bespoke size or with lead times over 10 days cannot be returned
